N FLOW ("we", "our" or "us") operates the StatusAI Android application and the StatusAI website at statusaiapp.com (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Services you confirm you have read this policy.
Read this first — your creations may be public. StatusAI includes a community gallery called Explore. Unless you turn sharing off, content you generate is published to Explore where anyone can see it, together with your display name and profile picture. You can change this at any time — per creation from the result screen, or for all future creations from Profile → Share creations to Explore — and you can unpublish or delete anything you have already shared. See section 4.
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, call logs, SMS messages, photos other than reference images you deliberately choose, or health data. StatusAI does not currently send push notifications.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or generated content to train our own AI models.
When a creation is shared to Explore, we publish a copy of it to a public collection. That public copy contains the generated text or image, the prompt used, the settings used, your display name and profile picture, and counters such as likes and uses. It does not contain your email address.
Anything published to Explore is publicly visible to all users of the Services, including people who are not signed in. Other users can view it, like it, save it and use it as a template for their own creations.
Your controls. You can turn sharing off for a single creation on the result screen, or for all future creations in Profile → Share creations to Explore. You can unpublish a shared creation at any time, and deleting a creation removes its public copy as well.
An honest limitation. Once something has been publicly visible, other people may already have viewed, downloaded, screenshotted or re-shared it. Unpublishing removes it from our gallery, but we cannot recall copies that other people have already taken.
The free tier of the StatusAI Android app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob, in banner, native, interstitial, rewarded and app-open formats. Rewarded ads are optional and grant credits when you choose to watch one.
AdMob and its partners may use your advertising identifier, IP address, device information and interactions with ads to select and measure advertising. Depending on your consent and region, this may include personalised advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your advertising consent through Google's consent mechanism the first time you open the app, and you can change your choice later. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Android settings at any time.
Paid plans reduce or remove advertising, as described on the Premium screen. The StatusAI website does not show advertising.
StatusAI does not run its own AI models. When you generate content, our server sends the following to the AI provider you selected: your prompt, the generation settings, and any reference images you attached. We do not send your name, email address, profile picture or account identifier to the AI provider.
The providers we currently use are:
These providers process your prompt under their own terms and privacy policies, and may retain it for a limited period for abuse monitoring. Please do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into a prompt.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure this policy continues to apply.
N FLOW operates from India. Our servers and databases are hosted by Google Cloud in the United States (region us-central1), and our providers may process data in other countries. Transfers out of the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism offered by the relevant provider.
You can delete your account at any time from our Delete Account page. It is the single place deletion is offered — deliberately, because it is irreversible — and you confirm your identity there with your email address and password. If you signed in with Google or Facebook and have no password, email us and we will delete the account for you.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your generation history, your favourites, labels, saved items, reactions and preferences, and every post you published to Explore, and it deletes your sign-in credentials. This cannot be undone, and any unused credits are forfeited.
Limited records may be retained where the law requires it, as described in section 9. Copies other people already took of your public posts cannot be recalled.
You can access and correct most of your information directly in the app, and delete all of it as described above. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent — and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, our legal bases are: performance of a contract for operating your account and generating content; legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics and product improvement; consent for personalised advertising and any optional analytics; and legal obligation where a law requires us to retain or disclose information. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.
To exercise any right, email us at support@statusaiapp.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data is stored in Google Cloud with encryption at rest. Access rules prevent one user from reading another user's private content, and credit balances can only be changed by our server — never by the app on your device. Purchases are verified server-side against Google Play.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials to yourself.
StatusAI is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and at least 16 if you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom unless a parent or guardian consents on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the Services change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
