Credits are used whenever you generate content with AI. Text generations typically consume 1-2 credits, while image generations consume 10-20 credits depending on quality and settings.
Credits are deducted only after a successful generation. Failed generations caused by server errors do not consume credits.
You can upgrade to Standard, Premium, or Pro plans to receive additional monthly credits, buy credit packs, watch rewarded ads, or invite friends with your referral code.
Credits received through subscriptions remain available while your account is active. Purchased credits are not immediately removed when your subscription expires.
Your remaining credits are displayed on the Home screen and Profile screen.
No. Credits are linked to the account where they were earned or purchased and cannot be transferred.

Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Any remaining credits stay available, but premium-only features become unavailable.
Open Profile → Restore Purchases. StatusAI will verify your subscription with Apple App Store or Google Play and restore premium access.
Standard is ideal for casual users, Premium is best for creators and content makers, and Pro is designed for businesses and heavy AI usage.
Select a category, choose a subcategory, enter your prompt, and tap Generate. AI will create personalized content based on your request.
Choose an image category, style, and description. AI will generate images based on your selected settings.
Generation may fail due to internet issues, temporary AI provider outages, insufficient credits, or invalid prompts. Credits are not charged for failed generations.

AI-generated images may vary based on prompt quality, style selection, and model interpretation. More detailed prompts usually produce better results.
You can use the Regenerate button to create a new variation using the same settings.

Share your referral code or link with friends. When a friend installs StatusAI and signs up with your code, you both receive free credits instantly.
You earn credits for every friend who signs up with your code, and your friend also receives welcome credits. The exact amounts are shown on the Refer & Earn screen.
Referral credits are added automatically as soon as your friend signs up with your code and their new account is verified.
Open Profile → Refer & Earn to see your unique code and share link, and to track the friends who have joined.
Referral codes work only for brand-new users during sign-up. Existing accounts cannot apply a code.
Referral rewards are granted only when a brand-new account signs up using your code. If your friend already had an account, or entered the code after signing up, the reward does not apply. Contact support if you believe this is a mistake.
Open Profile → Language and select your preferred language from the available options.
Visit statusaiapp.com/delete-account and sign in with your email and password. This is the only place account deletion is offered, because it cannot be undone. Signed in with Google or Facebook and have no password? Email us and we will delete it for you.
Yes. Your account and generation data are securely stored using Firebase and industry-standard security practices.
Your prompts are used only to generate content and improve app functionality. We do not publicly share your private generations.
